WILLEMSTAD - The sentencing of Burney "Nini" Fonseca to 26 years in prison still stands. That is what the Supreme Court decided today. Nini was convicted in both First Instance and on appeal for co-perpetrating the murder of Helmin Wiels.

No legal errors were made that should lead to different case law, says the Supreme Court. Nini is seen as the murder broker who commissioned Elvis Kuwas and his friends to commit the murder.
