FLOW Curaçao to Compensate Customers Affected by Weekend Outage

WILLEMSTAD – Customers of FLOW Curaçao who experienced service disruptions over the weekend will receive compensation, the company announced in a video message from Waldo Hooker, Vice President of FLOW for the Southern Caribbean region. 

The compensation will consist of a 15% discount on the next bill for subscribers who were impacted by the outage. According to FLOW, this is equivalent to approximately five days of free service. 

Around 80% of FLOW’s internet customers on the island were affected by the outage, which lasted for approximately 24 hours. Full connectivity was restored by Sunday afternoon. 

The company expressed its apologies for the inconvenience and said it is taking steps to prevent similar disruptions in the future.
