WILLEMSTAD – The Curaçao Football Federation (FFK) has issued a warning against the unauthorized use of its registered trademarks, including the name “Blue Wave” and the official logo.
According to FFK, the trademarks are officially registered for use on printed materials, flags, and clothing in Curaçao, the Benelux countries, and other jurisdictions. As a result, the federation states that these brands may not be used for commercial purposes without prior authorization.
FFK says it will take strict action against violations in order to protect the reputation of its brands and safeguard sponsorship opportunities linked to the national team identity.
The federation also announced that it will soon open the official FFK Blue Wave Fan Shop at Sambil. The store will offer licensed merchandise to supporters, providing what FFK describes as an official outlet for fans to purchase branded products.
