Feyenoord Camp 2025 in Curaçao Celebrated as Another Major Success

WILLEMSTAD – The Feyenoord Camp 2025 held in Curaçao has once again proven to be a great success. Over the course of two weeks, 200 children participated in intensive football clinics led by several youth coaches from Feyenoord, one of the Netherlands' top professional football clubs.

Among the coaching staff was Dencho Narcisio, a Curaçao-born coach currently working with Feyenoord’s Under-11 team. Organizers expressed great satisfaction with how the Curaçao community has embraced the project over the years and praised the local children for their performance and enthusiasm during the training sessions.

Coaches Impressed by Local Talent

Feyenoord's coaches spoke highly of the talent they observed among the young footballers on the island. They highlighted the children’s strong physical abilities, speed, and agility. While many participants showed promise, the coaches noted that there is room for improvement in tactical understanding and technical skills for some players.

One Player to Be Selected for Trial in the Netherlands

At the end of the week, the organizers will announce which standout player from the camp will be invited to the Netherlands for a trial period with one of Feyenoord’s youth teams. As in previous years, this opportunity is awarded to the most impressive participant during the Curaçao-based training camp.

The selection process is still ongoing, and the final decision will be revealed later this week to the public in Curaçao.

The Feyenoord Camp has become a highly anticipated event on the island, not only for its elite coaching but also for the professional pathways it opens up for young local talent.
