WILLEMSTAD - Surgeon Patrick Fa Si Oen has lost his case against the Sint Elisabeth Hospital. That surgeon has been denied access to the hospital and that is justified according to the judge.

Fa Si Oen does not have a good relationship with his professional brothers, they don’t trust him. This puts patient safety at risk and Sehos must therefore take measures.

Fa Si Oen also receives no compensation of nearly 1 million guilders because he can no longer work in the hospital.
