Exams for 1,813 youth

WILLEMSTAD - Today, the Central School Exams have started in Curaçao. A total of 1,813 candidates are participating in exams across 22 different schools. Over the next three weeks, exam candidates will focus on exams that determine whether they successfully complete vocational secondary education (VSBO), senior general secondary education (HAVO), or pre-university education (VWO). The largest number of students come from preparatory secondary vocational education. This year marks the 20th time that VSBO exams are centrally administered. Additionally, a total of 9 HAVO and 7 VWO schools are participating. 

The Expertise Center for Testing & Exams has announced that it, along with schools, school directors, and parents, has worked towards a good preparation for the exams. The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture & Sports emphasizes the importance of the exams, considering the future of the students.
