WILLEMSTAD - Punda and part of Pietermaai were closed for some time yesterday afternoon by soldiers.

This had to do with the security plan that was put in place last Friday to prevent looting and arson again on the island.

Justice Minister Quincy Girigorie said yesterday that Dutch soldiers are deployed to support the police in maintaining public order.
