WILLEMSTAD - Effective November 1, 2024, Dutch Caribbean Claims Expertise (DCCE) has officially become a network partner of Crawford & Company, one of the world’s largest and most respected providers of claims management and loss adjustment services. This partnership marks a significant milestone for DCCE, enhancing Crawford’s footprint in the Caribbean region.
DCCE, led by founder Nanne Holtrop, specializes in claims expertise across several areas, including property (such as fire, burglary, and water damage), business interruption, liability, CAR (construction all risk), and personal injury claims. Currently, the company has three experienced experts on its team. By early 2025, DCCE plans to expand its team with a new property expert, supported by Jos Dijk, a professional with extensive industry experience. Operating from Curaçao, DCCE serves insurers across the six islands of the Dutch Caribbean: Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba, and Sint Maarten.

The collaboration was solidified after DCCE successfully met Crawford’s global accreditation standards, ensuring consistency and quality in local services. Holtrop emphasized the significance of this achievement:
