WILLEMSTAD - The police encountered a remarkable situation on the Queen Juliana Bridge on Tuesday morning. A driver left his car in the middle of the bridge.
The car had damage to the rear and the rear window was broken. It is unknown if the damage was caused by an accident on the bridge. The driver of the brown Kia Picanto was nowhere to be seen.
One lane was closed, causing a major traffic jam. Traffic was blocked as far as Ser'i Domi.
