Damen Shiprepair Curaçao does not admit guilt, but it feels a special moral responsibility to the families of the two victims. In this context, Damen Shiprepair Curaçao pays an amount of 300,000 guilders to the families of the two victims. Additionally, Damen Shiprepair Curaçao pays a transaction of 50,000 guilders. It must be proven and verified that this amount will be invested in the training and education of the personnel working at Damen Shiprepair Curaçao.
