WILLEMSTAD - The dispute regulation of the Kingdom will not be offered to parliament. This is according to Prime Minister Eugene Rhuggenaath.
The Prime Minister has many objections to the way in which the Netherlands intends to deal with disagreements in the Kingdom. Especially the fact that the Kingdom Council of Ministers has the last word on each dispute is not good for Curaçao.
Rhuggenaath will first discuss the objections in the upcoming interparliamentary consultation IPKO, in Sint Maarten, that starts January 8th.
