WILLEMSTAD - Individuals who have submitted applications for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) will experience longer waiting times for its issuance. This is due to the closure of the Judicial Documentation (JD) department of the Public Prosecutor's Office (OM) for almost 2.5 weeks, as reported by the OM.
From Monday, December 18, until Wednesday, January 3, no applications will be processed. If someone submitted an application before December 18, these will still be processed and potentially granted. The specific reason for the closure has not been disclosed.
The OM requests people to take this situation into account.
