Deadlines Announced for Temporary Vendor Permits During Seú Parades 2026

WILLEMSTAD – The Ministry of Economic Development (MEO) has announced the final deadlines for individuals and businesses seeking temporary permits to sell goods along the routes of the Seú parades in 2026.

According to the ministry, vendors planning to set up stands or sell products during the traditional harvest festival parades must submit their applications before the established deadlines.

For the Seú Parade of Pariba, scheduled for April 6, 2026, the deadline to apply for a temporary vending permit is March 20, 2026. For the Seú Parade of Pabou, which will take place on April 12, 2026, the application deadline is March 27, 2026.

Applications can be submitted during office hours at the Permit Desk of the Intake Department located at Saliña 127, next to Subway. Interested applicants also have the option to submit their requests online through the government’s digital portal.

The Ministry of Economic Development is urging all interested vendors to submit their applications on time to avoid delays in processing.
