ROTTERDAM, WILLEMSTAD - Family and friends are looking for the 37-year-old Curacao man Rebert Fairbairn from Rotterdam. He disappeared last week after his sister Raisa was found in the water near the city of Rijnhaven. She was rushed to the hospital where she was immediately interred into the emergency section.

She died a few days later. Rebert lives in a residential group and is dependent on medication.

The parents have now flown from Curaçao to the Netherlands to arrange the Raisa’s funeral.
