WILLEMSTAD - With three goals from Rangelo Janga, Curaçao secured a convincing 4-1 victory over Barbados last night. The team began their first qualifying match for the 2026 World Cup strongly at the Ergilio Hato Stadium.
The first goal came in the 25th minute. After a combination between Brenet and Kenji Gorré, Gorré delivered a perfect cross to Rangelo Janga, who easily slotted the ball into the net.
In the 60th minute, Margaritha headed towards goal, but the ball hit the post. Two minutes later, in the 62nd minute, Rangelo Janga scored again, bringing the score to 2-0.
