WILLEMSTAD - The Minister of Economic Development Giselle McWilliam has led an economic mission to the South American country of Guyana.

The country is setting up a new industry after the discovery of gas and oil reserves. Curaçao hopes to be able to do more business with these companies.

Representatives from ten different Curaçao companies were present during the mission.
