Curaçao Parliament to launch its own radio station

WILLEMSTAD - The Parliament of Curaçao will establish its own radio station. According to Parliament Chairwoman Charetti America-Franciska, the station should be operational within six to seven months.

Currently, Direct Media handles the radio broadcasts, but their contract expires in August. What will happen until the new station is realized remains unclear.

The new station will primarily broadcast meetings and informative programs about politics.
