Curacao expresses its condolences to the Netherlands

WILLEMSTAD - Prime Minister Eugene Rhuggenaath has given the following statement in response to the events in Utrecht where 3 people were killed, and 5 others injured:

“The government of Curaçao has taken notice of the horrific attack that took place this morning in Utrecht. On behalf of the residents of Curaçao, Curaçao residents in the Netherlands and elsewhere in the world, the government of Curaçao wants to express its condolences and support for the Dutch government. We also express our condolences to the victims, their relatives and loved ones. This is a horrible act. The government of Curaçao wishes the Dutch government and community a lot of wisdom and strength in handling this tragic incident.”
