WILLEMSTAD - On Tuesday, May 2nd, 2023, the first officer Luis Cardozo, along with his adjutant Sanchez from the training ship of the Uruguayan Navy, "V/E Capitán Miranda", paid a courtesy visit to the Governor of Curacao, H.E. Lucille George-Wout. Also present during this occasion were the Commander of the Caribbean Navy, Brigadier General of Marines Frank Boots, the Director of the Curacao Sail Foundation, Ms. Lourdes Ezechiëls, and former Captain Sidney Isenia, liaison officer of the Curacao Sail Foundation.
