Court case against Ansary continues

WILLEMSTAD - The case against the owner of the insurance company ENNIA, Hushang Ansary, his daughter and former directors Ralph Palm and Abdallah Andraous will continue. The Central Bank announced this in a press statement.

The lawsuit concerns the liability of Ansary and his associates for financial mismanagement at the insurance company, says the Central Bank.

The Central Bank responds because bank president Bob Traa was spotted in Miami meeting with Ansary without lawyers. In their press release, the Central Bank assures that Mr. Traa made no agreements or commitments during that meeting.
