WILLEMSTAD - During the weekly meeting of the Council of Minister, where they discuss the important issues at stake in the country, the ministers took a break to put the Ambassadors of Curaçao’s carnival in the spotlight.

The Prime Minister of Curaçao Eugene Rhuggenaath praised all those who have helped to develop Curaçao’s carnival. “To anyone who has worked in his or her own way in the past 50 years and in that way also contributed to the construction of carnival in Curaçao. The added value to our cultural heritage is invaluable and we are very grateful to you,” said the Prime Minister.
