WILLEMSTAD - The Corendon Mangrove Beach Resort continues under Hilton's flag. Corendon announced the move in June, but last night the official festive launch was attended by the Prime Minister and other dignitaries.

It is a collaboration and the full name will be Corendon Mangrove Beach Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton. The Curio Collection is a Hilton branch of about 100 all-inclusive resorts. Corendon will remain the owner, but will partner with Hilton to attract more hotel guests. Corendon currently has about 400 rooms. When phase two of construction is completed, it will double that number.
