WILLEMSTAD - According to Minister Charles Cooper, efforts to improve roads in Curaçao will continue in the coming period. Today, he signed six work order letters for this purpose. These include maintenance projects for the Nieuwe Haven, the area around Kaya Aura Winkel, the Warahamaweg and Wanapaweg, as well as a section of the Oude Weg to Westpunt, the Kaminda Duvert Boy Nicolina, the Koraalspechtweg, and the Mayasweg.
Minister Cooper emphasizes that he, together with Public Works, remains committed to enhancing the infrastructure of our island. This includes road maintenance, improving traffic lights, road elevation, installing cat's eyes, and much more. He appeals to everyone to be mindful of the ongoing works.
