WILLEMSTAD - The American consulate in Curaçao issued a warning yesterday to all Americans in the Caribbean part of the Kingdom to be cautious and to behave "low profile". If they have doubts about safety, it is recommended that they contact the authorities. This has to do with the tensions in the Middle East.
