WILLEMSTAD - In October Elvis de Andrade filed a complaint at the State Investigation Department against the now former Minister of Education, Marilyn Alcalá-Wallé.
This was already mentioned in the media on November 12 last year. This week the former trade unionist was on TV 13 to confirm that. Andrade says that he is preparing to file a second complaint against the minister for fraud.
The Andrade has also filed a complaint against Prime Minister Eugene Rhuggenaath as formateur of the cabinet with Alcalá-Wallé.
Andrade says in the interview that he wanted to test how strong the screeing law is. He says that it is a public secret that this law was adopted to prevent former Prime Minister Gerrit Schotte, who has been convicted of fraud, to ever hold a public function again. But now he filed this complaint to see if the Public Prosecution will also go against someone from the PAR party.
