WILLEMSTAD - An elderly man who walks into Punda or Otrobanda every day with a bottle of liquor has been seriously abused. He was allegedly beaten up on the street by an agent from the national security service LBD.

That happened after the elderly man ran into the officer’s son. The father intervened in the altercation that arose then. The police confirmed the complaint filed by the man’s family.
