WILLEMSTAD - Employees of TDS were informed earlier this week that the cable company will cease operations at the end of December this year as the operational license provided to TDS by the Government will shortly come to an end.

The company has taken a decision in the interest of customers to transition to a future-proof fixed TV solution offered by the state of the art Flow network.

The 25 employees have been offered voluntary separation packages. The company's management including human resource personnel were on hand to provide further details and offer support to the TDS team.

The UTS group of companies is fully committed to ensuring that the employees involved in this process are treated fairly and with the utmost respect.

Furthermore, all TDS employees will have the opportunity to apply for any vacant positions within the new organization.
