Colombia reports one imported COVID-19 case from Curaçao

MEDELLIN, WILLEMSTAD - The Colombian National Institute of Health indicated on Tuesday April 1, the situation of the Antioquia in terms of those infected by COVID-19, that there is a total of 206 confirmed cases in that state.

On that day 23 were added to the total which was 183 on April 6. One of those infected, the authorities say, is an imported case from Curaçao. The medical authorities indicate that the 28-year old man residing in the town of Yarumal was infected in Curaçao. He returned to Colombia not knowing that he was infected.

Curaçao Chronicle requested information from the local authorities, but they weren’t aware of this Colombian national.
