WILLEMSTAD - The coalition parties MFK and PNP have announced a media silence until they have settled the conflict between the two parties. This morning there was an emergency meeting between the leaders of both parties.
The reason was the deviant voting behavior of PNP parliamentarians Sheldry Osepa and Gwendell Mercelina during yesterday’s parliamentary debate on the oil refinery. MFK says they are fed up with this behavior. After the emergency meeting, the political leaders would inform the rest of the party members about the progress of the talks.
