WILLEMSTAD - Curacao Medical Center (CMC) confirms that one patient has arrived who has tested positive for COVID-19 and is being treated in our isolation room at CMC. The patient is stable.

Our team has been preparing for COVID-19 for over a month and will continue to follow the established protocol to provide the patient with the best possible care and to take all necessary precautions to protect our other patients and our staff. CMC does not provide additional information about the patient to protect patient privacy.

We would like to remind everyone that visiting hours in the hospital are limited to only one visitor per patient between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm. We do ask you to not visit patients if you are unwell or under the age of 18.
