WILLEMSTAD - The Curaçao Medical Center (CMC) is investigating the death of a 34-year-old man. In April, he came to the ER with chest pain. He was advised to take acetaminophen and to go home.

He later died. An investigation has been initiated in collaboration with the Public Health Inspectorate.

In a press release, the CMC says that they want to deal with more complaints together with the Health Inspectorate. Earlier, it could sometimes take a long time for complaints made by, for example, patients or ex-patients to be treated. This should improve.
