WILLEMSTAD - It is restless on the World Trade Center. Civil servants of the Ministry of Government Service, Policy and Planning and officials of the Minister of Traffic, Transport and Urban Planning held a walk out this morning out of protest.

They are fed up with the unsafe parking situation. In addition, they are protesting the new paid parking policy, which starts tomorrow. The management will now consult with the trade union representing the civil servants, the ABVO.
