WILLEMSTAD - From Monday 30 March 2020, government services must also comply with Ministerial Decree 24 of the year 2020. This decree has been issued in connection with COVID-19. This means, among other things, that officials must also stay at home.

Civil Registry (Kranshi) adjusts the service accordingly. Until further notice, Kranshi will be open only on Mondays and Thursdays, between 10 a.m. and noon. The only services Kranshi will provide are:

Registering the birth of a child

Death registration

Permit for burial
