WILLEMSTAD - The Children's Museum celebrates its fifth anniversary this week. This is celebrated throughout the week with all kinds of fun activities. The anniversary week was opened on Tuesday with a private party. During the event, a brand new CD with traditional Papiamentu children's songs was presented. The album was produced by Jean-Jaques Rojer. Since the opening of the museum on December 6, 2017, almost 100,000 visitors have visited the imaginative space. The museum wants to grow further in the coming years.
The CD 'Ban Pas'un Ròndu', published by Henry van der Kwast of Maduro Holding, is for sale at the Children's Museum for Nafl. 30,-. More than 30 musicians from all over the world perform the songs. The proceeds of the sold CDs are donated to the Children's Museum so that more projects for children can be done.
