WILLEMSTAD - As of October 15, 2025, in accordance with National Decree No. 25/2408, the following changes have been implemented to the interim replacement list for Ministers. In cases of absence or incapacity of a Minister, their duties will be temporarily assumed according to this official list of interim replacements.

It has been announced that Prime Minister Gilmar Pisas will now assume responsibility for the Ministry of Health, Environment, and Nature (GMN), while Minister Charles Cooper will take charge of the Ministry of Finance.

Additionally, Minister Charles Cooper has been appointed as the Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister Sithree van Heydoorn has been designated as the Second Deputy Prime Minister.
