WILLEMSTAD - Selikor has announced another change in trash collection routes on Curaçao this week to ensure that all neighborhoods, especially those missed last week, receive service. Technical issues with garbage trucks have caused delays in collection.
According to Selikor, neighborhoods scheduled for Tuesday pick-up will be serviced by the end of today. Collection for areas typically scheduled on Wednesday will take place between today (Thursday) and Friday.
To completely address the backlog, Selikor’s team will also be working on Saturday and Sunday to complete the routes for Thursday and Friday. Selikor assures residents that their staff is fully committed to serving all neighborhoods this week.
