WILLEMSTAD - During the American Association of Port Authorities Latin American delegation meeting on October 14th in Norfolk Virgina, Mr. Humberto de Castro, CEO of the Curacao Ports Authority was elected a board member of AAPA.

Mr. De Castro is one of the five AAPA board members representing the 16 ports of South America.

The American Association of Port Authorities is the unified voice of the seaport industry in the Americas, representing more than 130 public authorities in the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean and Latin America and more than 300 sustaining and associate members, firms, and individuals with an interest in seaports.
