WILLEMSTAD - The Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS Curaçao) has launched a new Consumer Price Index (CPI) dashboard on its official website. With this interactive tool, information on the CPI is now more accessible, clearer, and easier for the public to use.
The CPI dashboard offers users a visual and dynamic way to follow price developments in Curaçao. Users can track trends, analyze inflation figures, and review price changes across different categories of consumer spending.
Information available on the dashboard includes monthly consumer price data, historical inflation figures, and price developments by consumption category on both a monthly and annual basis.
The Consumer Price Index is an important indicator that reflects inflation trends and changes in the cost of living. Policymakers, business owners, researchers, and citizens use CPI data to monitor economic developments and to support informed decision-making.
