THE HAGUE - Carlson Manuel will be the new minister plenipotentiary in The Hague. The son of Radio Direct reporter Cali Manuel is currently a music and singing teacher.

He studied at Codarts School of the Arts in Rotterdam. Manuel also has a bachelor's degree in information technology from the Hogeschool in Rotterdam and an MBO diploma in Management Information Systems.

He was in 15th place on the MFK candidates list during the elections of 19 March.
