WILLEMSTAD - Pension funds Vidanova has today received a permit to build 150 homes. The construction project Hofi Vidanova north of Schelpwijk consists of two phases. The first phase comprises 150 homes.
The new residential area will consist of different types of homes: from small homes to houses with three bedrooms and apartments. The infrastructural work for this project started in November last year. The pension fund invests approximately 95 million guilders in the housing project.
