WILLEMSTAD - The collaboration between Building Depot and Multimart is intended to enable MultiMart to benefit from the name, size and customer group of Building Depot.

Building Depot would like to learn from the aggressive and innovative approach of the MultiMart management team. The companies will become a legal entity, but will continue to operate independently from each other at their current locations, and will collaborate intensively in the areas of purchasing and management.

On Bonaire, where MultiMart is already active, Building Depot will also offer a part of its products.
