WILLEMSTAD - A lifeless body was discovered late yesterday afternoon in an abandoned building on Berg Altena, the police reported.
A passerby saw a man lying motionless among a pile of debris in the abandoned building. When the man did not respond, the police were notified. They arrived quickly and found the man, dressed in jeans and sneakers, lying on his stomach amidst the trash. Beside him was an old mattress, indicating that the man might have been sleeping on it.
Authorities immediately called in other specialists, including a police doctor, a pathologist, and the Forensic Team, who arrived at the scene to begin the investigation. At first glance, there appeared to be no sign of foul play, but the investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the man's death.
