WILLEMSTAD - Almost all power outages since the storm on Monday afternoon, have been remedied. Aqualectra reports this in a press release. During the storm there was heavy rainfall and heavy gusts of wind.
All 442 reports on Monday were caused by the storm, the utility company says. 394 of the malfunctions have since been resolved, the remaining 48 malfunctions will receive attention during the day.
People who are still struggling with a power outage can contact the utility company via the number 0800-0135. Aqualectra thanks the community for the patience and says it does the maximum to restore the power supply.
