WILLEMSTAD - The Italian community residing in the ABC islands can reflect upon two days of productive work in Curaçao and Aruba, where the main objective was to process fingerprints and facilitate citizenship acquisition.
The consulate official initially visited the island of Curaçao, where the number of fellow citizens continues to grow. Together with the honorary consul in Willemstad, they efficiently carried out the necessary consular procedures.
Subsequently, the team proceeded to Aruba to perform the same operations, with the valuable addition of the newly appointed consular correspondent.
The resident population expresses gratitude for these regular visits organized by the consulate, which effectively addresses their needs despite transportation challenges. The professionalism exhibited by the three representatives received resounding applause.
Although the consul could not be present this time due to unavoidable commitments, they have pledged to attend the next visit and potentially extend assistance to Bonaire, considering the number of fellow citizens requiring support.
