WILLEMSTAD - Amnesty International calls on the Curaçao government to release Venezuelans in immigration detention. The organization says it does not know how many are currently detained.

Those in detention have no means to protect themselves from the virus, according to Amnesty. Keeping your distance is not an option in the barracks and other precautions are not feasible.
