Amnesty calls on Curaçao to adhere to human rights

WILLEMSTAD - Amnesty International calls on the Curaçao government to respect the rights of asylum seekers, refugees and migrants.

This is stated by the human rights organization in a position paper on the eve of a round table discussion in the Second Chamber of the Dutch Parliament.

This coming Wednesday there is talk about law enforcement in the Caribbean part of the Kingdom. Amnesty published a report last year but sees too little improvement.
