WILLEMSTAD - The judge has dealt with the dispute between reporter Yves Cooper and the afternoon Dutch newspaper Amigoe. Cooper shared a publication from Amigoe on his well-visited Facebook page, in which he himself was mentioned extensively. Because of this Amigoe had his page blocked due to copyright infringement.

Cooper then registered the website amigoe.nl. The judge has now ordered Amigoe to send Facebook a message that they are withdrawing their objection and Cooper can reopen his page.

Cooper, in turn, may no longer use the website amigoe.nl.
