Management Agreement Between the Government of Curaçao and Vereniging Akademia di Baseball Jandorèt
WILLEMSTAD – The Government of Curaçao has signed a management agreement with the Jandorèt Baseball Academy organization. The Minister of Traffic, Transport, and Urban Planning, Mr. Charles Cooper, together with the Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports, Mr. Sithree van Heydoorn, signed the management agreement (‘beheersovereenkomst’) on behalf of the Government.
The Jandorèt Baseball Academy organization had submitted a request to take responsibility for the maintenance and development of the sports field in Jandorèt. The entire sports area measures 13,619 m², and the organization will manage the facility for the next five years, with the possibility of an extension.
The Ministers expressed their satisfaction with this agreement, as they support the development of Curaçao’s youth and are committed to enhancing the well-being of young athletes, especially in the field of sports. They also extended their gratitude and wished the organization great success.
