WILLEMSTAD - The Immigration Office deported 31 Venezuelans without residence papers last night with a charter from Hato.

The twenty men, ten women and one six-year-old girl were intercepted by the Coast Guard on Thursday night. That happened in the Fuik area (eastern side of the island).

According to human rights organization Human Right Defense, it is virtually impossible to hear so many people individually in such a short time and again suspects collective eviction, which is not allowed under international law.
