WILLEMSTAD – The ABVO union addressed the contentious issue of the ‘bashí’ bonus for retirees during its first meeting of 2025, held on Monday evening. This was confirmed by the union's president.
The bonus is not being paid to pensioners who receive more than 1,100 guilders per month, a decision that has sparked unrest among retirees.
